Spring NFL Flag Football

NFL Flag Football is a fun and low commitment sport with minimal equipment. This 8-game season has games most Friday nights with the occasional Monday night. Practices are typically once a week with 1 game a week, when games are being played. All coaches are volunteers and are background checked.

Ages

What aged players are appropriate for this program?

Ages 5-17 are welcome to play and will be based upon grade level for teams. Teams will be formed as the following:

K-1st

2nd

3rd-5th

6th-8th

9th-12th

When and Where?

Spring 2025

April 14th- June 13th

Practices are held at the New Egypt Rec Football Field.

Games will vary between Millstone, New Egypt and surrounding towns.

Games

There will be 8 games over the course of the season. Games will be mainly on Friday Nights with the occasional Monday Night.

**Mouth guards are required for games.**

Practices

Practices are typically once a week. Days of practice are determined by the coach's availability.

Jerseys

Jerseys and flag belts will be included with your registration.

SHOES

We do recommend cleats, but they are not required.
